In the early nineties, there weren't many options for true Greek cuisine, so Gus Kostas brought Greece to Plano. With everything prepared fresh daily, the menus are filled with tempting choices. The Greek diet is extremely healthy, being lower in processed foods and animal fats, and is often based on local produce, wheat products such as bread, pastry and pasta, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and olive oil.

Entrees cover a range of seafood, chicken and steaks in addition to traditional Greek specialties such as Moussaka, Souvlaki and Shrimp Mykonos. But our signature dish is Rack of Lamb Taverna, oven roasted in Greek spices then char broiled to perfection, a superb meal unmatched anywhere in Plano. Our customers say it best...
